This site intends to send a mobile site to mobile phones and a heavier desktop site to desktop computers. However, it fails to detect Firefox OS devices as smartphones. Here's a HTTP traffic analysis that shows the amount of content the server sends to various mobile user agents:

And now tests pass and it's indeed fixed
