After the upgrade to 3.2.1 has baked for a few days and we're confident we're not going to roll back, we should delete the .hg/cache/branchheads-* files from all the repositories. These files are no longer used as of Mercurial 2.9 and are just taking up space and confusing people who happen to look at the repo store.

I've deleted all the .hg/cache/branchheads* files from hgssh and hgweb machines. Good riddance.
