Steps to reproduce:
When attempting to open a torrent file and the opening dialogue box comes up, the do this automatically... part of it is greyed out for no reason.
Actual results:
option toggle greyed out
Expected results:
for option toggle to work

Please provide an example URL with such a torrent file.
This is either a file served as application/octet-stream or gecko had to guess the mime-type

They say in that bug that the user can just use the ui to manually edit what firefox does with it, but that functionality was removed, so it can't be invalid since the workaround no longer exists.
