Details

Per 3GPP TS 31.102, 4.2.8 EFUST (USIM Service Table) and 3GPP TS 51.011, 10.3.7 EFSST (SIM service table), the visibility of FDN menu should depend on service status. Once service is not available, the related menu should not be visible to user. Note: FDN/SDN/manual network selection etc... are possible items that should rely on EF_UST/EF_SST/EF_CSP(CPHS).
