Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; WinNT4.0; en-US; rv:0.9.5+) Gecko/20011113 Repro: 1. create two bookmark folders in your personal toolbar 2. go to any site 3. drag bookmark and try to place it between two folders Actual: Bookmark can be placed into folders only (to second level). Expected: Bookmark can be placed as single bookmark between two folders (to first level).

I read bug 101059 and this bug report is same as comment http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=101059#c17 , but not same as original report of bug 101059.
The original report described a bug that now works. Joe Hewitt is going to fix the bug mentioned in comment 17. Sometimes bug reports change to reflect the change in a bug.
