Linaro has a 4.4 image for the pandas now[0]. My understanding is that we have A Lot of panda capacity, so we should use some of that to test 4.4 or even 5.0 once it's available.

My personal interest in this is for running the media mochitests, but obviously we'd want to run more than that eventually.

Something to keep in mind is that we will probably have trouble with privileged operations via sutagent, same as on the 4.4 emulator -- https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1062365#c2.

So the intent is to continue to run tests on Panda for Android 4.0 plus the newer images?

It's arguable that 4.0 is not needed for testing. Over 70% of our userbase is running Android 4.1 or greater. Over 50% of our userbase is on 4.2 or greater.

Only 14% of our userbase is on 4.0.x
