We could leverage 3rd-party analytic report and help gaia developer check their code state with visual feedback.

codacy and climate.io both provide free report for open source project.
The reason we choose codacy over climate.io is:

1. set ignore files, so we could get more clear report
2. add collaborator, so we wont loose control in single point.

Currently ricky and I are in collaborator list, which is able to change static analysis settings on codacy. Feel free to ask joining the collaborator list.

I am hesitant to check this in because this involves a 3rd party and I don't really know the benefit of it. We don't really want NASCAR effect on our readme ...

Let's move the discussion to dev-gaia and what people feel about it?
