Attempted to reproduce issue on Flame 2.0 reference device.
Build ID: 20141118000207
Platform Version: 32.0

-Unable to trigger language change following reproduction steps.  
-Tried alternative method of deleting app, changing language (first), then re-downloading/opening app.
-No option found within in-app menu for language selection
-App must be using alternative method of detecting language.

I'm also not able to reproduce on v1.3.  This sounds like a platform issue or a weird temporary who-knows-what-happened.
