On web-only (desktop) payments, the fxpay lib needs to tell the caller of fxpay.purchase() that the purchase has been completed. The Spartacus side of this is (bug 1101004) so this bug is to handle incoming messages in fxpay. Specifically we need to mimic what mozPay's paymentSuccess() and paymentFailed() does and will likely involve a postMessage channel.
