(This may be a duplicate of bug 90823...) Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Close all Moz windows. 2. Switch to another application. 3. Click on the Moz icon. Actual Results: Nothing. Expected Results: A new browser window should open.
This is, indeed, a duplicate of bug 90823. That bug's summary states that a click event on the Fizzilla icon in the Dock should either maximize any available window or spawn a new window. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 90823 ***
