Steps to reproduce:
1. Have a mac running with OS X 10.10 Yosemite
2. Install Traditional Chinese version (zh-TW) of Firefox
3. Open some page and click browsing file button to upload a file
4. Check the messages displayed inside the "Open File" dialog
* This is not happened in 10.9 Maverick, so it might be an API change of Mac itself?
Actual:
Some messages in the dialog are displayed in Simplified Chinese (See attachment)
Expected:
The messages should be displayed in Traditional Chinese.

It seems that the OS X handles zh.lproj locale differently in 10.10 than 10.9.
In 10.10, I find out a workaround to fix that by renaming the `zh.lproj` in /Applications/FirefoxNightly.app/Contents/Resources to `zh-Hant.lproj`. But it seems to be a bad fix.
Better idea on this?

TBH, this sounds like an apple bug to me. :-( Steven, do you know (someone who knows) about this?

No, I don't.
I'm pretty sure I'm the only one in Mozilla (or even outside of Apple) who can get to the bottom of this problem -- by reverse engineering what changed in Yosemite.
But I won't have time to work on this for a while -- at least until after the Mozilla cooincident work week, and possibly until next year.
So in the meantime, whatever clues people can provide may turn out to be useful. But there's a lot more information at bug 1089363, so let's continue the discussion there. I'm going to dup this bug to that one.
