1102156 - [Settings][RTL] APN names are not right aligned

In APN settings (Cellular & Data -> SIM 1 -> APN Settings -> Data Settings), the APN name next to the radio button is not aligned correctly and overlaps with the radio button.  The text should be aligned to the right.
