1102167 - Split the non-smoke test runs running on Jenkins device builds in two jobs

The non smoke tests are getting quite big and are taking about 2.5 hours to run. Because of this it's getting a little hard for us to investigate and generate the daily reports. 


I think the best option here would be to split the tests logically by groups.
This way we can always know where a specific test is running and we will have failing tests history.

Today I created the 2 jobs:

They each ran once and the results look OK.

Updated the download job and now it should trigger these 2 jobs instead of the single non smoke build

Waiting for the build to come out and see how it goes

The jobs are split and work as expected 

The run time for all the jobs are around 1h and 10 min

As we will drop the V2.1 jobs soon we will not update these builds
