Random small idea for better support of the Tor project...

When a non-Tor Firefox attempts to load a onion URL (http://<gibberish>.onion), we currently display a generic "server not found" page. (Actually for www.<gibberish>.onion, because we've tried to be helpful.)

It might be nice to have a special neterror flavor that explains what .onion addresses are, and maybe how to get the Tor browser to access the site. [Although we should be careful to not have that come across as just telling users to go download another browser.]

Exact content TBD, but the point being we could treat .onion as a special case of server-not-found.
Note that Firefox now block .onion DNS requests ( https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1228457 ) so the error message is now for the real .onion domain ( without a www. added )
