STR:
- Make sure to have lock screen *and* pin code enabled
- Boot phone

Expected:
- Either: PIN text input shows up and keyboard shows up, with focus in the text input.
- Or: lock screen appears, and one has to unlock the screen to perform the above.

Observed:
Keyboard shows up on locked screen. I can even type my PIN code there, then unlock the screen and the PIN password input is filled with my PIN code.
