When i try to attach screenshot to bug #110253 nothing happens.
I click on submit but page remains unchanged.

I've tryed to do this from Mozilla and IE6.0 - same result.

Also seen this problem here under Win98SE. With Build 2001111603 it is not
possible to attach file to bugzilla (I had the inf. that no file to attach was
specified) , but I did it with 0.9.5 release (2001101117) so IMO it is evidently
bug in lastest nightly.

buildID: 20011115xx <- Good.
buildID: 20011116xx <- Can't Create a New Attachment.

Not quite sure why this is filed in Bugzilla...
WFM in OS X IE 5.1, and iCab 2.6, so this is obviously a browser bug.
I can, however, duplicate this in OS X Mozilla 2001111609

doh, forgot to reassign to default.
This has gotta be a dupe by now I'm sure... it's 3 days old, and this is too
obvious for no one else to have filed it yet.
