With the new UI there is no possibility to decide the search engine's position in the list.

After review with Gavin, this is a wontfix for 34. I have marked 35+ as affected but don't think this needs to track.

Verified as fixed using Firefox 36 beta 2 and Developer Edition 37.0a2 under Ubuntu 12.04 LTS 32-bit, Windows 7 64-bit and Mac OS X 10.9.5.
