Details

Bug 1101122 and bug 1101147 adjusted the dropdown menu for the search bar on about:home and about:newtab. They both re-used an existing "Manage Search Engines" string.

We need to revise that string to be consistent with the new UI in bug 1088660, which is "Change Search Settings".
Bug 1088660 added this string, and on the trunk versions of bug 1101122 and bug 1101147 I used the same entity.
