Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the settings app
2. Quickly look at the menu on the left side of the screen
Actual results:
"Messaging Options" , "Cellular data" and other phone only options are being shown and hidden after a few seconds.
Expected results:
Non-phone options should be hidden at start.
