STR:
1. In a non-e10s window, look at the web console for this Bugzilla page.
2. The console warns: "This site makes use of a SHA-1 Certificate; it's recommended you use certificates with signature algorithms that use hash functions stronger than SHA-1."
3. Reopen the same Bugzilla page in a non-e10s window.

RESULT:
There is no console warning about SHA-1 certificates.
I step 3 you mean "a e10s window" ?
Same underlying cause as bug 1096908; nsHttpChannel is calling AddSecurityMessage.
