Parts of the pop-up window are obscurred. See following URLs for example GIFs:

hi there,

what you see is already covered by existing bugs:

Debug panel not fitting: bug 86780
Navigator panel not fitting: bug 86305
Themes panel not fitting: bug 85226

there's a tracking bug for pref panels whose contents don't fit, bug 80392
--since your bug here covers more than one issue, am gonna dup it against that one.

btw, i noticed you're using a rather old build [20011011, from 11 october]. i
think what you're seeing are still issues [alas], but you can get a more recent
build for use and/or testing at ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/nightly/ ...
