The form.web.bounty page does not say anywhere on it that it's a Form for claiming a bug bounty. This could lead people to file non-security bugs using this form--as I am doing now--should they stumble across it.
The "Web Bounty Form" is in the <title>, but Firefox and perhaps other browsers don't really show the title any more. It needs to be also in a headline at top of the form.
