Per bug 1052924 comment 93, intrinsic size computation should honor margin, border, and padding of ruby base containers and ruby text containers, so that it can be consistent with the reflow code.
As we have suppressed any border or padding of rbc and rtc, I think we no longer need to implement this bug now.
