Details

If your form data is protected with a password and you then are prompted to 
enter the master password to see the form data and you enter a wrong password 
you get a alert saying "unable to unlock database" but the form manager is 
shown anyways.

Expected:
The Form Manager should not be shown if you enter a wrong password!
