(Whiteboard: [fxsearch])

Reproducible on: Firefox 34.0 (build1 / 20141124205320).
Affected platform(s): Windows 7 64-bit, Windows 8 32-bit, Ubuntu 12.04 LTS 32-bit and Mac OS X 10.9.5.

STR:
1. Launch Firefox with a clean profile.
2. Click the menu button → click "Customize".
3. Move the Search Bar at the top of the menu's panel → click "Exit Customize".
4. Click the menu button → type in a search term (e.g. example) and click the arrow button to submit the search request.

Expected result: The menu panel is dismissed and the search is performed for the search term in question.

Actual result: The menu panel remains on top of the window and the search is performed in the background.

Additional notes:
- Pressing <enter> at the end of step 4 (instead of clicking the arrow button) dismisses the panel.
