Description:
If a user is in a call and receives a text while their sound is on, the SMS received will not make a sound. The user will have their device vibrate however.

Prereq: 3 devices. 2nd device with sound enabled.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20141125040209
2) Have device 1 in a call with device 2.
3) Have device 3 text device 2.
4) Observe that device 2 does not make a sound when receiving an SMS.

Actual:
The sound alert for new SMS does not occur.

Expected:
It is expected that the user will hear a sound when receiving an SMS while in a call.

Removing the regression, and regressionwindow-wanted tags, as this is not a regression based upon the branch checks in comment 2.

Not nominating to block on this bug. The user correctly recieves the text, and the notification. Just missing sound.

ok, I don't understand this.

In bug 976678 comment 44, it's clearly said that this bug does not exist. It directly contradicts comment 1 and comment 2.

I've confirmed the bug does NOT occur in Flame 2.2 and Flame 2.1. It's just the notification sound volume is very low (coming out from the front-facing speaker), even lower than the sound made by the vibration so it's not very noticeable and can be easily missed.

Even though the sound made from the incoming SMS is very low, it can be heard. Closing this as invalid.
