By the time the sccache command to dump stats runs, the sccache server may have shut itself down, and there's nothing to return stats.
https://github.com/mozilla/sccache/pull/211 + SCCACHE_TIMEOUT=0 I'm planning on setting the latter in Bug 1319518.
