Details
Steps to reproduce (in Nightly):
1) Navigate to https://developer.chrome.com/devsummit/sessions/asking-for-super-powers-chromes-permission-model/
2) Click the green circle with a white triangle.
Actual results:
The video starts OK, but a couple of minutes into the video, the video starts stalling, audio dropping, etc.
Expected results:
No interruptions in either video or audio.
Additional info:
Works in Chrome (unsurprisingly).

The URL no longer works so no way to test, but this should be fixed with the new MSE/VP9 stack.
Henri - can we close this bug?
