If you are connected in WebIDE and the connection ends in some way that makes the client forget to hang up its end, then all future connections may block on:
Can't connect. Client is not fully disconnected
This is a really silly error... We don't care what happened to the last connection anymore! Just connect already!! :)
One of many possible STR:
1. Connect to iOS Simulator
2. Debug a tab (toolbox open)
3. Quit the simulator
4. Try to change runtimes in WebIDE
