User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:33.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/33.0
Build ID: 20141113143407

Steps to reproduce:

Monitor: 38040x2160
KDE 4.14.3
set layout.css.devPixelsPerPx=2
gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.interface scaling-factor 2
increase the size of "small icons" to 32 (kde system settings -> application appearance -> Icons -> Advanced -> set small icons size to 32)
start firefox

Actual results:

Some icons (e.g. the "green "+" and the telescope in the search bar) are bigger than others. See attached file.

Expected results:

All the icons should have the same dimension.
The do have the same dimension if I don't change the size of small icons in kde.

Summary: inconsistent scaling of icons with layout.css.devPixelsPerPx=2 → Force gtk icons to be the right size when using hidpi on Linux
Icon sizes now look consistent to me with GDK_SCALE=2.
