Tabs moved from other windows have also other problems (for example, they have no title, IIRC they aren't "session-restored", etc.)

Actually, right now dragging a tab to a new window seems to be entirely broken in E10S with Nightly, so I can't even get to the open-link-in-new-tab step. (But the latter does WFM in non-E10S)
