Description:
The phone field in "Contacts" accepts special characters
   
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141201040205
2) Launch "Contacts" app
3) Tap on any contact
4) Tap on "Edit" icon
5) Tap in phone field (text box)
6) Enter special characters by long tapping on the numbers on the keyboard
7) Tap on "Update"
  
Actual:
The phone field accepts special characters
  
Expected: 
When the user taps on "Update", an error message should be displayed

This issue repros on Flame 2.1 (319mb)(Kitkat Base)(Full Flash) and Flame 2.0 (319mb)(Kitkat Base)(Full Flash)

Result:
In "Contacts" the phone field accepts special characters

This behaves the same as android and does  not appear to be a bug. Closing as invalid.
