Steps to reproduce:
When using SVG in elements with percentage width (50%) inside a container with odd width the SVG renders incorrectly with blurring. I have attached two examples
Actual results:
The SVG image is blurred on vertical lines
Expected results:
The SVG image should be rendered clear
