Steps to reproduce:
1. Upload a file to be validated.
2. (Optional) modify the file using Notepad.
3. Reload the validation-results page.
Result: the throbber starts throbbing, but nothing else happens. I have to hit
back and resubmit the form to validate the new version of my page.
Expected: should upload and validate the new version of the file.
This bug made it take a long time for me to make
http://mywebpage.netscape.com/aufbau01/ valid HTML4. (Well, the page *was*
valid until I put it on mywebpage.netscape.com; see bug 110732.)

Works for me now. I filed bug 111688 because Mozilla now re-uploads the old
version of the file.
