When you make a MO call, there is no status bar display at active call screen.

1. Launch Phone App.
2. Make a MO call.
3. Check the activa call page.
[3.Expected Result]:
3. Status bar should display at top of screen.
[4.Actual Result]:
3. There is no status bar.
