Ideas:
Have a more clear on boarding path for new contributors.
We would like to improve the add place for contributors to navigate to Contributor help pages, articles and the forum.
Specifically: this will serve as the tracker for these features

Flow chart is a rough guess of the current state of the user flow. It can be used as a basis of finding blockers/places for imrprovement
