In onlile interface to my mail yahoo account on mail.yahoo.com I can't create an
attachment because the file is not uploaded.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to mail.yahoo.com. You may create free account if you don't have one.
2. Click "Compose" link on the left upper left side of the page.
3. Message form appears. Click on the "Add/Delete Attachments" link.
4. Pop-up window "Attachments" appears.
5. Click "Browse" button, select some file.
6. Click "Attach File" button.
Actual Results: Form is submitted. No changes to the list of attachments.
Expected Results: Form is submitted. The file appears in the list of attachments
This is a regression - the form works for Linux build 2001102910
