110783 - Calendar Window has no title

Description

The title bar of the calendar window just displays "mozilla-bin"; this should be
something like "Calendar - Mozilla" or similar.

I think this also causes the calendar entry in the Tasks menu to show a blank line.

hmmm... This is tough because if you put the title in there, and people open up
from chrome://calendar/content/calendar.xul in the browser, tooltips are doubled
up in that version...
