[1.Description]:
[Flame][v2.1&2.2][Message]User can't directly tap on textbox to edit message content when user hasn't selected any suggestion contact from a long suggestion contact list.

Found time:17:07~17:08.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
Initial condition:Have some contacts in Contacts app.

1.Open Messages app.
2.New a message.
3.Click on the recipient field and type some words or numbers to trigger the suggestion contact list.
**Having a long suggestion contact list.
4.Don't select a  suggestion contact and try to look for the textbox to edit message content.
5.Click on the recipient field and type other words or numbers.
**Having a short suggestion contact list.And user can directly tap on textbox to edit message content.
