We are unable to tighten certain aspects of the Windows content sandbox without breaking dom/media/tests/mochitest/test_getUserMedia_basicWindowshare.html If we try to use an alternate desktop or a job level lower than JOB_UNPROTECTED then the test fails because the window enumeration at [1], doesn't see any of the windows in which we might be interested.
