Repro Steps:
1) Update a Unknown device to BuildID: 
2) Open Contacts app
3) Tap on settings and Export contacts
4) Select Bluetooth
5) Select one FB contact to export
  
Actual:
FB contacts are available to export
  
Expected: 
FB contacts should not be available to export

This issue repros on Flame 2.1 (319mb) (Kitkat Base)(Full Flash) and Flame 2.0 (319mb) (KitKat Base)(Full Flash)
