I asked about this on #devtools a while back - but I think this should be specifically in devtools, and I think it should go through the path that dkl and :glob are massaging out for this kind of stuff, and heavily focus on web/devtools bugs and having testcases (so ideally slightly more than just a button that opens bmo).

I don't think it makes sense to add this in Firefox proper - the 99% case is support.m.o, and I wouldn't want to increase volume there in favour of input.m.o (which we already have in the UI) before we have better tools to deal with that (in particular, automated about:support info and suggested fixes and such). People read input.m.o and distill it down for the relevant teams already.
