User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64; rv:34.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/34.0
Build ID: 20141125180439
Steps to reproduce:
Clicked on the hamburger menu (or whatever it is called).
Quickly moved the mouse down to where the menu was about to appear.
Actual results:
The resulting menu was shorter than normal and had a scroll bar.
Expected results:
The menu should have appeared full sized without need for a scroll bar.
The menu should look exactly the same as it would if I paused a moment before moving the mouse down.
It happens when moving quickly the mouse pointer over the menu entries like "Paste".

I guess it appeared after Bug 994117.
