Description:
When a user is viewing a contact and the "Carrier", "City", "Country", and "Zip code" fields are filled more than the screen will allow these feilds are not truncated. This is inconsistent with every with feild in the contacts page.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20141208040202
2) Create a new contact
3) Fill the "Carrier", "City", "Country", and "Zip code" fields with at least 50 characters
4) Save contact
5) Observe the filled fields in the contacts page.

Actual:
These fields are not truncated when too large to fit on the screen

Expected:
It is expected that all fields are truncated when text is too large to fit on the screen

The bug repros on Flame 2.2, 2.1 and 2.0 engineering with shallow flash.
Actual result: Some of the fields, particularly the address fields, run off the right edge of the screen with no truncation elipses shown.

I wouldn't block on it as the data is not lost and if a space is present in the string, each of the field in comment 0 are on 2 lines. This is a nice to have to me.
