Details

Need an option to switch on tabbed popups, so that when a site has a banner ad
or the likes, it opens in a tab, not a new browser window.
Duplicate of "Windows open in new window instead of tabs
(target=<nonexsistant_frame>)"

Unless you're using 0.9.5 (can't tell because no build id is included with the
bug report) in which case it's "This is a partially working option in the Tabbed
Browsing preference panel in current nighlys".
