Steps to reproduce:

Running SeaMonkey 2.30 on Windows 7 X64. Upgraded to 2.31 via Help/Check for updates. Chose "Restart later" and closed the PC down an hour or two later.
Next morning, update runs, but SeaMonkey crashes every time. 


Actual results:

SeaMonkey crashes on starting

Bug reports generated and sent automatically.

Had to revert to old version to get online.


Expected results:

SeaMonkey should have started and prompted for my Master password.
