With bug 999435 we got our new Ubuntu 14.04 LTS VMs, so the existing VMs for 12.04 LTS are not needed anymore. Please remove them completely.

I would like to keep the other two 12.04 machines for staging so I can run tests with puppet again. I will file another bug later once those are not needed anymore.
