[Flame][v2.1][Video]The crash happened on Video, when you change the "Default media location" to SD card and open Video.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1. Inset SD card.
2. Restart device.
3. Launch "Settings"->"Media storage".
4. Change "Default media location" to SD card.
5. Press Home key to go back to Home page.
6. Launch "Video"

[3.Expected Result]: 
6. The Video app should be opened normally.

[4.Actual Result]: 
6. The crash happened.
