STR:
1. Open Toggle Tools from Developer Tools
2. Enter 'Responsive mode design'
3. Drag vertically the Tools window
4. Click 'Touch simulate events'
Expected result: The infobar is displayed correctly.
Actual results:
a) 35 Beta 3, latest Aurora, latest Nightly non e10s: The strings from infobar are squished. And after a while the area where the infobar appears stays white even if the infobar is dismissed.
b) Nightly e10s: After repeating steps 3 and 4 more then once the buttons from responsive design (Leave, resolution, Rotate, Simulate touch events and Screenshot will multiply each time Responsive design button is clicked.
Notes:
1. Issue a) does not reproduce on Mac OS X, only Windows and Ubuntu.
Issue b) does reproduce across all platforms.

Not sure if this is a regression, will investigate further.
The new RDM UI shipping in Firefox 52 does not use this info bar with touch events.
