Build 1999073011M9/Necko: Win32/NT4 and Linux/Redhat 5.2, Mac 7/29 build.
Overview Description: In html mode reply to a message and the quote line (which
appears as a left justified, blue vertical line) does not display. Even after
sending, receiving and viewing the message it does not display in 5.0, yet it
does display when viewing the message in 4.7.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a prefs file that enables composing a message in HTML mode -
user_pref("mail.identity.id2.compose_html", true);
2. Launch Mail
3. Double click onto a server so that the folders expand
4. Go to a folder with message and select a message
5. Select the Reply button and note how it appears
6. Send the message
7. Receive and view the message in 5.0
Actual Results:Step #5 does not show a vertical line. Step # 7 also does not
show the vertical line.
Expected Results: Step #5 and #7 should have showed the vertical line.
Additional Information. In step #7 if the same message is viewed in 4.7 then the
vertical line displays.

I thing I have already another bug filed for the quote line missing. It's just a matter of adding an entry in the main
css file of the browser: ua.css
